Ingredients for Lemonade Granita Recipe

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Sugar syrup ¼ cup

  • Fresh mint leaves 12-15

  • Zest for ½ lemon

Method

Step 1

Blend together ice cubes, lemon juice, sugar syrup, mint leaves and lemon zest with 1½ cups water to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a glass baking dish and freeze for 8-10 hours.

Step 3

Scrape out and serve chilled.
