  • 1 cup Vermicelli

Method

  1. Dry roast the sevian till light brown. Transfer them into a bowl. Mix cornflour in one cup of a milk and set aside.
  2. Roast cashewnuts, almonds, pinenuts and pistachios. Add two cups of milk and bring to a boil. Add raisins and cook for two minutes. Add desiccated coconut and mix.
  3. Add the cornflour mixed in milk, stir and cook till the mixture thickens a bit. Add the roasted sevian and cook till done. Add sugar and cook till all the sugar dissolves.
  4. Serve hot garnished with pistachios.
