Ingredients list for Luchi - SK Khazana
- 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 to cook Baking powder
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Mix together flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl, add sufficient water and knead into a semi-stiff dough.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Divide dough into equal portions and roll out into small puris or luchis.
- Gently slide in the luchis into hot oil and deep-fry till puffed up and light golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Arrange them on a serving platter and serve hot with cholar dal.
