Ingredients list for Makai Aur Sabz Ka Shorba
- 1 cup Sweet Corn
- 4-5 French beans chopped
- 1/2 small Carrot
- 4-5 florets Broccoli
- 1/4 Red capsicum
- 1/4 Yellow capsicum
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 3 teaspoons Cornmeal
- 3 cups Vegetable stock
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
Method
- Finely chop the carrot, broccoli, red and yellow capsicum. Heat oil in a deep non stick pan.
- Add carrot, red and yellow capsicums and sauté. Add the cornmeal and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the vegetable stock, salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.
- When the vegetables are nearly done, add the French beans and broccoli and cook for a few minutes.
- When the shorba thickens a little, take it off the heat and serve hot.
