  • 400 grams Corn kernels

Method

  1. Coarsely grind corn without using water.Heat ghee in a non stick kadai.
  2. Add cashewnuts and raisins and sauté lightly.
  3. Add corn and sauté for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add green cardamom powder, sugar and mix.
  5. Add khoya and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
