Ingredients list for Malai Chicken Ball

  • 1 Boneless chicken breast boiled and shredded
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • to deep fry Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs

Method

  1. Combine cream, chicken, salt and pepper powder in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
  3. Break egg in another bowl. Add salt and whisk well.
  4. Spread breadcrumbs onto a plate.
  5. Dip balls in egg, coat in breadcrumbs and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
