Ingredients list for Mango And Blueberry Crumble

  • 3 Ripe mangoes
  • 8 teaspoons Blueberry jam
  • 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
  • 1/2 cup Butter cut into cubes chilled
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 8-10 Almonds sliced

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel and cut mangoes into small cubes and put them into a bowl. Take the refined flour in another bowl, add butter and rub it in with finger tips till it resembles breadcrumbs. Add sugar and mix.
  2. Add almonds and mix well. Put the mango cubes into 4 individual bowls, top with 2 tsps of blueberry jam in each bowl. Put the flour mixture on top and bake in the preheated oven till a golden brown crust forms on top. Serve.
