Ingredients for Mango And Lime Sorbet Recipe

  • Ripe Mangoes peeled and cubed 2 large

  • Lemon 2 tablespoons

  • Ginger sliced 1 inch piece

  • Fresh mint leaves 5-6

  • Sugar 2 cups

  • Ice cubes as required


Step 1

Chill the mango cubes in the freezer for a couple of hours. Put them in a smoothie maker.

Step 2

Add ginger, fresh mint leaves, lemon juice and sugar and blend till pulpy. Add ice cubes and blend some more. Pour into individual small glasses and serve immediately.
