Ingredients list for Mango And Mint Raita

  • 1 cup Mango Puree
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves chopped
  • Yogurt whisked
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt (kala namak)
  • 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds freshly ground

Method

  1. Combine mango puree, mint leaves, yogurt, salt, black salt and cumin powder in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Transfer into a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
