Ingredients list for Mango And Yogurt Smoothie

  • 4 medium Ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 16 Lychees
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • as required Ice cubes

Method

  1. Peel and cut the mangoes into pieces and refrigerate. Peel the lychees, pit them and freeze. Put the mango pieces in a blender/smoothie maker. Add lychees, sugar, honey and blend. Add yogurt, ice cubes and blend again. Serve in a tall glass.
