Ingredients list for Mango Cream

  • 1 cup Fresh ripe mango pulp
  • 1 Large ripe mango peeled and chopped
  • 4-5 tablespoons Fresh cream
  • 4-5 tablespoons Vanilla ice cream
  • 6-7 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • a pinch Green cardamom powder
  • For topping Whipped cream
  • for garnish Fresh mint sprifs

Method

  1. Blend together mango pulp, cream, ice cream, powdered sugar and cardamom powder to a smooth mixture.
  2. Pour this mixture equally into 4 serving glasses.
  3. Take whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe the cream over the mango cream in each glass and put some chopped mango around the cream.
  4. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
