By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Fresh ripe mango pulp, Large ripe mango Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time Cooking Time Serve Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango Cream 1 cup Fresh ripe mango pulp 1 Large ripe mango peeled and chopped 4-5 tablespoons Fresh cream 4-5 tablespoons Vanilla ice cream 6-7 tablespoons Powdered sugar a pinch Green cardamom powder For topping Whipped cream for garnish Fresh mint sprifs Method Blend together mango pulp, cream, ice cream, powdered sugar and cardamom powder to a smooth mixture. Pour this mixture equally into 4 serving glasses. Take whipped cream in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe the cream over the mango cream in each glass and put some chopped mango around the cream.
