Ingredients list for Mango Fruit Popsicle
- 1 Medium ripe Alphonso mango peeled, seeded and finely chopped
- 8-10 Blueberries
- 1 Medium kiwi peeled and cut into thin slices
- 3 cups Mango juice
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Method
- Mix together blueberries and mango in a bowl.
- Take mango juice in a jar, add lemon juice and salt and mix till the sugar melts.
- Put some blueberry-mango mixture and 1-2 kiwi roundels into each popsicle mould filling ¼ of it.
- Pour the mango juice mixture into the moulds filling ¾ of it, cover and freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Demould and serve immediately.
