Ingredients for Mango Fruit Popsicle Recipe

  • Medium ripe Alphonso mango peeled, seeded and finely chopped 1

  • Blueberries 8-10

  • Medium kiwi peeled and cut into thin slices 1

  • Mango juice 3 cups

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon


Step 1

Mix together blueberries and mango in a bowl.

Step 2

Take mango juice in a jar, add lemon juice and salt and mix till the sugar melts.

Step 3

Put some blueberry-mango mixture and 1-2 kiwi roundels into each popsicle mould filling ¼ of it.

Step 4

Pour the mango juice mixture into the moulds filling ¾ of it, cover and freeze for 6-8 hours.

Step 5

Demould and serve immediately.
