Ingredients for Mango Granita Recipe

  • Ripe mango puree 8 tablespoons

  • Black peppercorns crushed to taste

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon rind strips shaped into curls to garnish

  • Fresh mint sprigs to garnish


Step 1

Put mango puree in a jar, add crushed peppercorns, lemon juice and 2 cups water and blend with an electric blender till smooth.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into ice trays and freeze for 2-3 hours.

Step 3

Demould the mango ice cubes, put in the grinder jar and grind well.

Step 4

Divide the mixture equally in the serving stemmed glasses, garnish lemon rind curls and mint sprigs and serve immediately.
