Ingredients list for Mango Ice Cream

  • 1 cup Chilled ripe mango pulp
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Chilled milk
  • For topping Ripe mango , chopped
  • to garnish Dark chocolate shavings

Method

  1. Put milk powder, sugar, cream, mango pulp and milk in a blender jar and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into an air tight container, top with chopped mangoes and freeze till set.
  3. Scoop out in martini glasses and garnish with dark chocolate shavings and serve immediately.
