By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Jul 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Raw mango,, Oil Cuisine Punjabi Course Main Course-Veg Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Medium Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango Paneer 2 Raw mango, grated 2 tablespoons Oil 2 Big Onion, sliced 250 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 1 cup Fresh cream to taste Salt Method Heat oil in a non stick pan add onions and saute till light brown. Add grated mango and saute for a minute. Add paneer, red chilli powder, cardamon powder, elaichi powder and saute for a minute. Add fresh cream and salt and let it simmer for two minutes.
