Ingredients list for Mango Sandesh
- 1-2 Ripe mangoes peeled
- Chenna made of 1 litre milk
- 3½ teaspoons Sugar
- 2-3 Rose essence drops
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan. Add chhena and sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously. Switch off heat and cool to room temperature.
- Thinly slice mangoes.
- Grind the chhena-sugar mixture along with rose essence into a smooth paste.
- Divide the paste into small equal portions, place on one end of mango slice and roll. Cut into halves.
- Serve immediately.
