Ingredients list for Masala Chaas (butter milk)

  • 1 1/2 cups Yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Green chilli finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin powder
  • as required Ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend together yogurt, mint leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, half amount of cumin powder, ice cubes and four cups of water and blend well.
  2. Serve it in individual glasses garnished with reamining cumin powder.
