Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves
- ¾ teaspoon black salt
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- Ice cubes as required
Method
- Combine chopped coriander, chopped mint, half the yogurt and some ice cubes in a blender jar. Blend well.
- Add remaining yogurt, black salt, green chilli and sufficient water and some more ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour into individual tall glasses and serve chilled.
