Ingredients

    • 2 cups yogurt
    • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander leaves     
    • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves 
    • ¾ teaspoon black salt
    • 1 green chilli, chopped
    • Ice cubes as required                           

    Method

    1. Combine chopped coriander, chopped mint, half the yogurt and some ice cubes in a blender jar. Blend well.
    2. Add remaining yogurt, black salt, green chilli and sufficient water and some more ice cubes and blend again.
    3. Pour into individual tall glasses and serve chilled.
