Set aside for ten minutes. In a bowl make mix together cheese, cottage cheese, onion, tomato and green chillies. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten each dough ball and stuff with a portion of the filling, gather the edges and seal. Roll into small kachoris. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the kachoris on medium heat, a few at a time, till crisp and golden brown in colour. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
