Ingredients list for Masala Fish

  • 4 Fish cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed

Method

  1. Mix together onion, garlic, ginger, curry powder, paprika powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, hung yogurt and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the fish and mix well so all the pieces are well coated with the mixture. Cover and set aside for thirty minutes. Thread fish pieces and lemon wedges alternately onto skewers.
  3. Heat the Grill Pan, place the skewers in it and cook, rotating the skewers a few times, for eight minutes or till evenly done all over. Serve hot with salad and bread.
