- 800 millilitre Club soda
Method
- Combine the kokum sherbet, rock salt, lemon juice and crushed peppercorns in a glass jug and stir to mix well.
- Add the soda, stir well and adjust seasoning. Place crushed ice and mint leaves in tall glasses.
- Pour the sherbet over and serve immediately.
