Ingredients list for Masaledar Chicken Chaat

  • 500 grams Boneless Chicken
  • Chaat Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Chaat masala
  • 3/4 cup Onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
  • 1 teaspoon Green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Method

  1. Clean and cut chicken into one-inch cubes. Boil chicken pieces in salted boiling water for ten minutes.
  2. Drain excess water and chill chicken in a refrigerator. Mix chopped onions, chaat masala, dry mango powder, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and oil with cooked chicken pieces.
  3. Arrange in a serving platter or bowl. Decorate with a tomato rose.
