Ingredients list for Masaledar Chicken Chaat
- 500 grams Boneless Chicken
- Chaat Masala
- 1 tablespoon Chaat masala
- 3/4 cup Onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dry mango powder (amchur)
- 1 teaspoon Green chillies chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Method
- Clean and cut chicken into one-inch cubes. Boil chicken pieces in salted boiling water for ten minutes.
- Drain excess water and chill chicken in a refrigerator. Mix chopped onions, chaat masala, dry mango powder, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and oil with cooked chicken pieces.
- Arrange in a serving platter or bowl. Decorate with a tomato rose.
