When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Masaledar Chicken Chaat Recipe

  • Boneless Chicken 500 grams

  • Chaat Masala

  • Chaat masala 1 tablespoon

  • Onions chopped 3/4 cup

  • Dry mango powder (amchur) 1 teaspoon

  • Green chillies chopped 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Clean and cut chicken into one-inch cubes. Boil chicken pieces in salted boiling water for ten minutes.

Step 2

Drain excess water and chill chicken in a refrigerator. Mix chopped onions, chaat masala, dry mango powder, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, salt, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and oil with cooked chicken pieces.

Step 3

Arrange in a serving platter or bowl. Decorate with a tomato rose.
