  • 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
  • 1 pinches Salt

Method

  1. For the pancakes, sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda bicarbonate and sugar into a bowl. Add khoya and mix. Add milk and mix well. Ensure that there are no lumps. Correct consistency by adding more milk. Heat ghee in a pan. Put a ladleful of the batter and spread to medium thickness.
  2. Cook till done on one side then flip and cook on the other side. Transfer onto a plate and set aside. Make more pancakes with the remaining batter in the same way. For the stuffing, heat a kadai, add khoya, milk and powdered sugar and cook till soft.
  3. Add cardamom powder, pistachios and almonds and mix. Take the mixture off the heat. Place a pancake on a plate. Spread a little of the filling and roll. Make more rolls in the same way. Cut the rolls at a slant in the middle and serve hot.
