Ingredients for Melon Pudina ka Cocktail Recipe

  • Papaya 1 medium

  • Jal jeera powder 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon + for garnishing

  • Black salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Dried mango powder (amchur) 1/2 teaspoon

  • Ice cubes 10-12

  • Fresh mint leaves 1 cup

  • Sugar syrup 3 tablespoons

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing

  • Rose syrup for garnishing

Method

Step 1

Peel papaya, remove seeds, roughly chop and put into a mixer jar. Add jal jeera powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, dried mango powder, ice cubes, mint leaves, sugar syrup and lemon juice and grind into a purée.

Step 2

Pour into tall glasses and garnish with mint sprigs. Drizzle some rose syrup from the edges of the glasses, sprinkle some roasted cumin powder and serve chilled.
