By Sanjeev Kapoor 27 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Butter Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Melting Moments 1½ cups Refined flour (maida) 1 cup Butter 60 grams Icing sugar 40 grams Cornflour/ corn starch a pinch Salt 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 1 cup Corn flakes Method Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat. Take butter in a bowl. Add icing sugar and mix well. Sieve together flour, cornflour and salt into the bowl and fold in well. Add vanilla essence and fold in well. Transfer cornflakes into a plastic zip-lock bag, seal and crush with a rolling pin. Spread on a plate. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. Coat each ball with crushed cornflakes and arrange them on the lined baking tray. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
