Ingredients for Methia Keri Recipe

  • raw Mango cut into 1-inch cubes 3-4

  • Fenugreek Seeds crushed 1 cup

  • Red chilli powder 1 cup

  • Asafoetida 1/2 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon

  • Salt 1 cup

  • Mustard oil 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Mix together mangoes, crushed fenugreek seeds, red chilli powder, asafoetida, turmeric powder, salt and mustard oil in a bowl.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture into a clean glass jar and set aside to mature for a week before serving.
