Ingredients list for Milk And Papaya Refresher
- 1 medium Papaya peeled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Milk
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon rind grated
- 4 tablespoons Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- as required Crushed ice

Method
- Combine papaya, coconut milk or milk, lemon juice, lemon rind, castor sugar and crushed ice in a blender and blend at high speed until the mixture is smooth and thick.
- Serve chilled in tumblers garnished with lemon slices.
