Ingredients list for Milk Bhath
- 3 cup Thin coconut milk
- 1 cup Thick coconut milk
- 2 cups Short-grained thick rice soaked and drained
- to taste Salt
- Oil for brushing
Method
- Put rice in a non-stick pan, add thin coconut milk and salt, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Brush an aluminum tray with oil.
- Add thick coconut milk to the rice mixture and mix well. Cover and cook till the rice is done.
- Put the rice into the aluminum tray and spread it evenly. Cool down to room temperature and cut the milk bhath into square pieces and arrange on a serving plate and serve immediately.
