Ingredients for Minty Raw Mango Fizz Recipe

  • Raw mango crush 8 tablespoons

  • Fresh mint leaves torn 40-50

  • Soda 2 cups

  • Lemons cut into thick slices and seeded 4

  • Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste

  • Crushed ice as required

Method

Step 1

Combine some of the mint leaves, some of the lemon slices, two tablespoons of raw mango crush and rock salt in a thick bottomed small glass. Crush the mint leaves and lemon slices with the help of a muddler or rolling pin.

Step 2

Add some crushed ice and top it up with some soda. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining glasses.

Step 3

Stir lightly and serve immediately.
