Ingredients list for Mithai Bake

  • 500 grams boondi laddoo
  • 200 grams Gulab jamuns mini
  • ½ litre Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 3-4 teaspo Condensed milk
  • 50 grams Mawa (khoya) grated
  • Mixed dried fruits chopped

Method

  1. To make rabdi, heat a non-stick pan. Add milk and let it reduce. Add sugar and condensed milk, mix well and reduce further for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Crush boondi laddoo and spread in a glass baking dish. Place gulab jamun on top and spread rabdi evenly on top. Top with mawa/khoya and drizzle some condensed milk. Put the dish in the oven and bake at 180ºC for 10 minutes.
  3. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
