Ingredients list for Mocha Panacotta
- 1 tablespoon Instant coffee powder
- Milk
- 50 grams Dark chocolate grated
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup Cream
- 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Gelatin soaked in water
Method
- Heat milk and cream in a non stick pan.
- Add dark chocolate and instant coffee powder and mix. Cook stirring till the chocolate melts.
- Add the brown sugar and stir till the sugar melts. Add gelatine and mix till everything is well blended. Cool and strain through a fine sieve. Pour into small bowls or stemmed glasses or moulds.
- Place them in the refrigerator to set. De-mould and serve or serve in the same container.
