Ingredients for Mocha Slush Recipe

  • Coffee syrup 220 millilitre

  • Vanilla ice cream 8 scoops

  • Chocolate sauce 120 millilitre

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Grated chocolate to decorate

Method

Step 1

Pour coffee syrup and chocolate sauce into a smoothie maker.

Step 2

Add vanilla ice cream and ice cubes and blend till the ice is completely crushed. Pour into a stemmed glasses and sprinkle grated chocolate on top.

Step 3

Serve immediately.
