Ingredients for Mojito Pops Recipe

  • Lemons 2

  • Fresh mint leaves ¼ cup

  • Sugar syrup 4 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste


Step 1

Cut one lemon into thin slices and deseed.

Step 2

Cut the other lemon into half.

Step 3

Quarter one half and put into a glass. Keep the other half aside.

Step 4

Add mint leaves and muddle well.

Step 5

Transfer it into a large jar, add salt, sugar syrup and juice of remaining half lemon and sufficient water and stir well.

Step 6

Cut the sliced lemon into half and put each half in a popsicle mould.

Step 7

Add crushed ice and the mojito mixture and top with more crushed ice.

Step 8

Set in the freezer for 1-2 hours or till set.

Step 9

Serve chilled.
