Ingredients for Mooli Walnut Raita- SK Khazana Recipe

  • Red radish (mooli) 3

  • Walnuts blanched 10-12 + to garnish

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped for garnish

Method

Step 1

Grate the radish into a bowl, add yogurt and whisk well.

Step 2

Break the walnuts in halve and add to the radish yogurt mixture. Add chaat masala, chilli powder, salt and roasted cumin powder and whisk well till everything gets mixed well.

Step 3

Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with a walnut and some coriander leaves and serve chilled.
