By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Oct 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Red radish (mooli), Walnuts Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 41-50 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mooli Walnut Raita- SK Khazana 3 Red radish (mooli) 10-12 + to garnish Walnuts blanched 1 cup Yogurt 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder for garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Grate the radish into a bowl, add yogurt and whisk well. Break the walnuts in halve and add to the radish yogurt mixture. Add chaat masala, chilli powder, salt and roasted cumin powder and whisk well till everything gets mixed well. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
