Ingredients list for Moong Dosa
- 1 1/2 cups Moong Sprouts
- Dosa Batter
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 inch piece Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Method
- Mix together moong sprouts, ½ cup water and salt in a bowl and cook in a microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Drain extra water. Chop green chillies and ginger.
- Take dosa batter in a bowl, add green chillies, ginger, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and moong sprouts and mix well.
- Heat a non stick dosa tawa, grease it with a little oil. Pour small quantities of dosa batter and spread into small dosas.
- Cook on a low heat, turning sides, till both sides are evenly cooked.
- Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
