Ingredients list for Moong Pakode

  • 1 cup Moong Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Refined Flour
  • 2 Green chillies roughly chopped

Method

  1. Grind moong sprouts, ginger, green chillies and salt with a little water to a coarse paste. Add onion, coriander leaves and rice flour to this batter and mix well.
  2. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Drop spoonful of batter into the hot oil and deep fry, on medium heat, till golden brown and crisp.
  3. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
