Ingredients list for Moongphali Ki Chutney

  • 1 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 medium Green Capsicum
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice

Method

  1. Roughly chop capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves and put them in a mixer jar.
  2. Add roasted peanuts, sugar, salt and lemon juice and grind coarsely. Add a little water and grind again. Serve
