Ingredients list for Moroccan Rice Pudding
- ¾ cup Short grain rice
 - 6 cups Milk
 - 1 Vanilla pod
 - 1 inch Cinnamon
 - ¾ cup Sugar
 - ½ cup Fresh cream
 - 1 tablespoon Honey
 - Zest of ½ orange
 - for garnishing Pistachios slivers
 
Method
- Heat milk in a non-stick pan.
 - Slit the vanilla pod, scrape the seeds and add to milk along with the pod. Add cinnamon, stir and bring to a boil.
 - Add rice, reduce heat and cook for 30-35 minutes or till the rice is fully done.
 - Add sugar and cream and mix well. Discard the vanilla pod and cinnamon and cook till the mixture thickens.
 - Add honey and orange zest and mix well.
 - Serve warm garnished with pistachio slivers.
