Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Moroccan Spiced Grilled Chicken Recipe

  • Chicken boneless 400 grams

  • Fresh coriander chopped 1/2 cup

  • Parsley chopped 1/4 cup

  • Garlic cloves 6-8

  • Paprika 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Cumin powder 1 1/2 teaspoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed 1/2 teaspoon

  • Thick yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Olive oil for drizz


Step 1

Grind together coriander leaves, parsley, garlic, paprika, cumin powder, salt, crushed peppercorns and yogurt to a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add chicken breasts, mix well and set aside to marinate for four to five hours in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick grill pan, drizzle some olive oil, add the marinated chicken breasts and cook on medium heat for eight to ten minutes on each side.

Step 4

Serve hot along with your choice of salad.
