Ingredients list for Muesli Ice Cream
- Muesli
- 1/2 cup Cornflakes crushed
- 1/2 cup Oats
Method
- To make the muesli, lightly roast oats, almonds, pistachios, walnuts and cashewnuts in a non-stick pan for three to four minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Add cornflakes and mix well. To make the ice cream mix milk, milk powder, fresh cream, powdered sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk till the sugar gets dissolved.
- Pour into a shallow container, cover and freeze till firm. Remove it and blend it in a blender till smooth. Add three fourth of the muesli mixture to the ice cream and mix well.
- Transfer into a shallow container, sprinkle the remaining muesli mixture over the top. Cover and freeze. Scoop and serve.
