Ingredients list for Muesli

  • 1 1/2 cups Oats
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 Pear, cut into cubes
  • 1 Apple cut into cubes
  • 3-4 Golden apricots roughly chopped
  • 5-6 Walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1 Kiwi cut into cubes
  • 8-10 Orange segments
  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Honey
  • for garnis Fresh pomegranate pearls

Method

  1. Mix together oats and orange juice in a bowl and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Add pear, apple, apricots, walnuts, kiwi, orange segments and yogurt and mix well.
  3. Add honey and mix. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with fresh pomegranate pearls and serve.
