Ingredients
- 10-12 fresh button mushrooms, quartered
- 100 grams processed cheese, cut into small cubes
- 4 lettuce leaves, torn
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Place mushrooms, cheese, lettuce and garlic in a bowl. Pour the vinaigrette over and toss to mix. Place in a refrigerator for twenty minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
