Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.

Ingredients for Noodle Crusted Chicken Bites Recipe

  • Boneless chicken cut into thin slices 400 grams

  • Instant Noodles crushed coarsely 150 grams

  • Instant Noodles seasoning 2 packets

  • Dried mixed herbs ½ tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon

  • Onion powder 1 teaspoon

  • Red chilli flakes ½ teaspoon

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

  • Eggs 2

  • Refined flour (maida) for rolling

  • Oil for deep-frying


Step 1

Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add noodle seasoning, mixed herbs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli flakes, lemon juice and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Break eggs into a bowl. Add salt and beat well. Spread flour on a plate.

Step 3

Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan.

Step 4

Roll the marinated chicken in flour, dip in the beaten eggs and coat them with noodles.

Step 5

Deep-fry the chicken bites in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

Step 6

Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
