Ingredients list for Noodle Wrap

  • 1 packet Instant Noodles
  • 4 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts
  • 2 tablespoons Corn niblets,boiled
  • 2 teaspoons Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Moong sprouts

Method

  1. Crush instant noodles into a bowl. Heat water in a non stick pan, add noodles. Add the masala that is included in the noodle packet and cook till done and dry.
  2. Crush peanuts. When the noodles are done transfer into a bowl and cool. Add corn niblets, sweet chilli sauce and mix. Add peanuts and mix.Trim the lettuce leaves to resemble a cup.
  3. While serving place the lettuce leaves in a serving plate, put the noodles in a serving bowl. Put some of the noodle mixture in lettuce cup, sprinkle moong sprouts on top and serve.
