Ingredients list for Oats and Flax Seeds Pops
- 1 cup Oats roasted
- ½ cup Flax seeds
- ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1½ teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 6 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips
- 2/3 cup Dried coconut ( khopra) grated
Method
- Take peanut butter, honey and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk with an electric beater. Add flax seeds, chocolate chips, dried coconut and oats and mix well. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Serve.
