Ingredients for Oats and Peanut Butter Truffles - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Oats 1 cup

  • Peanut butter creamy 3/4 cup

  • Roasted peanuts powder 1/2 cup

  • Honey 2 tablespoons

  • Dark chocolate melted 1 cup

  • White chocolate melted 1/2 cup


Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan, add oats and dry roast, stirring continuously, on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Take it off the heat, transfer into a bowl and let it cool down.

Step 2

Add peanut butter, honey and peanut powder and mix till well combined.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls. Keep them on a plate and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4

Coat each oats-peanut ball with melted dark chocolate and place it on a parchment sheet kept over another plate. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Take melted white chocolate in a piping bag and drizzle on top of each truffle to make a design. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
