Ingredients list for Onion Rings
- 4 Onion separated into rings
 - 1 teaspoon Refined flour
 - 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 egg
 - 1 cup refined flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 4 tablespoons semolina
 - for deep-frying Oil
 - for garnis for garnishing Fresh parsley sprigs
 
Method
- Take onion rings in a bowl. Add ½ tsp pepper powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, salt and egg and mix well.
 - Spread refined flour on a plate. Add baking powder and mix well. Add salt, remaining pepper powder, remaining Italian seasoning and semolina and mix well.
 - Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
 - Coat onion rings evenly in the flour mixture and dust off the excess flour mixture.
 - Deep-fry onion rings in medium hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
 - Sprinkle little Italian seasoning on top, garnish with some parsley sprigs and serve hot.
