Orange Chilli Pasta with Pepper Fish Pepper flavour fish fillet served with pasta mixed in an orange flavoured sauce This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Jul 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Penne pasta, Orange juice Cuisine Italian,Fusion Course Main Course Seafood Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Orange Chilli Pasta with Pepper Fish 1 1/2 cups Penne pasta boiled 3/4 cup Orange juice 3/4 teaspoon Tata Sampann Chilli Powder 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns crushed 200 grams Rawas fish fillet 1 tablespoon Olive oil 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice to taste Salt 2 teaspoons Extra virgin olive oil 8-10 Garlic cloves finely chopped 3 tablespoons Fresh cream Method Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Place fish fillet on a plate, squeeze lemon juice over it. Add salt, extra virgin olive oil and crushed peppercorns, rub in well and set aside. Preheat air fryer to 180º C. Place the fish fillets in the basket and reserve the marinade. Air fry for 5-6 minutes. Meanwhile add garlic to the pan and sauté well. Add orange juice, stir and cook till the mixture thickens. Add Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and mix well. Add pasta and toss well. Brush the fish with reserved marinade and continue to air fry or another 5-6 minutes or till fully done. Add cream to the pasta and mix well. Add basil leaves and mix well.
