Ingredients
- ½ cup orange crush
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Orange slices for garnish
Method
- Blend together the orange crush, orange zest, coconut milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla essence in a blender till smooth.
- Pour into individual tall glasses, garnish with orange slices and serve chilled.
