By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Jun 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Orange juice, Sugar Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time Preparation Time Cook time Cooking Time Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Orange Squash 2 1/4 cups Orange juice 2 1/2 cups Sugar 3 teaspoons Citric acid 1 teaspoon Orange colour 1 teaspoon Orange essence 1/2 teaspoon Potassium metabisulfite (KMS) Method Boil together sugar, two cups of water and citric acid till all the sugar has dissolved. Line a strainer with a muslin cloth and keep it over a bowl. Pour the sugar syrup into the strainer and strain. Add orange juice and cool. Add colour and essence and mix well. Dissolve the KMS in a little water and add to the squash. Pour into sterilised bottles and store.
